Zenaos Solutions (“we”) is a Microsoft 365, cloud and security consultancy based in Richmond, Tasman, New Zealand. You can reach us at contact@zenaossolutions.co.nz.

What we collect

If you contact us through this website or by email, we collect the details you choose to send — typically your name, email address, organisation, phone number if provided, and the content of your message.

This website is a static site. The contact form prepares a message in your own email application. We receive what you send to us by email. We do not create an account for you on this website, and we do not run a marketing list from this site.

How we use it

We use that information to respond to your enquiry, to provide consulting services you ask us for, and to keep the records we need to run the business. We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry details for advertising.

Sharing and where it is held

We only share personal information where we must (for example, a legal obligation) or where a service provider needs it to help us operate — such as email hosting and website hosting. Client work is handled under the confidentiality of that engagement.

Email and files are handled in our Microsoft 365 environment. The website is hosted and protected using Cloudflare. Those providers may process technical or message data outside New Zealand. We use them to operate and protect the service, not to sell your information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including standard business controls on our mailbox and devices. No internet transmission is completely secure.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are needed for the conversation or for ordinary business records, then deleted or archived in the normal course. We do not keep a separate marketing database of website visitors.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. Email contact@zenaossolutions.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

If you contact us from Australia, we will still treat your enquiry as confidential business correspondence and handle it to the same standard.

This website

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party advertising cookies on this site. Cloudflare may set a security cookie and may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time, used only to operate and protect the website.

Changes

We may update this notice if the website or our processes change. The current version will always be published on this page.
